هتل پارس مشهد در غرب شهر و در حاشیه بلوار وکیل آباد قرار گرفته است. ساخت این هتل درسال ۱۳۷۴ آغاز و در سال ۱۳۷۸ به منظور ارتباط دو واحد اقامتی با یکدیگر، ساختمان مرکزی طرح ریزی و اجرا گردید. در بهمن ماه سال ۱۳۷۹ کار ساخت ساختمان مرکزی به اتمام رسید و از سال ۱۳۸۲ بهره برداری هتل شروع شد و تا سال ۱۳۸۴ نیز توسعه پیدا کرد. در سال ۱۳۸۸ به جهت ایجاد رفاه میهمانان و زائرین در کنار دریاچه طرح ایجاد رستوران سنتی وشربت خانه ایرانی و پارک بازی کودکان ارائه و در ظرف مدت بسیار کوتاهی به بهره برداری رسید. همچنین این هتل با 227 باب فضای اقامتی آماده ی پذیرایی از زائران و مسافران عزیز می باشد.
