هتل میثاق با وسعتی در حدود  26000 مترمربع واقع در مسیر ییلاقات و جاذبه های طبیعی در فاصله ای کوتاه تا محل نمایشگاه بین المللی خراسان قرار گرفته است. این هتل دارای فضای بسیار سرسبز، چشم اندازهای زیبا و موقعیت مناسب جغرافیایی بوده و توانسته است جایگاه ویژه ای در امر میزبانی و برگزاری بیشتر همایشها و سمینارهای مهم دوایر و کارخانجات را به خود اختصاص دهد. هتل میثاق دارای سه ساختمان است که ساختمان یاس و یاسمن در باغ واقع شده اند و دارای اتاق های معمولی است و دیگری ساختمان اصلی است که پذیرش و اتاق های لوکس و سوئیت ها را شامل می شود. ساختمان یاس و یاسمن فاقد آسانسور هستند. هتل میثاق در سال ۱۳۷۹ افتتاح شد و در سال ۱۳۸۹ آخرین بازسازی مجموعه انجام گرفته است.

هتل میثاق مشهد در حاشیه شهر و نزدیک به نمایشگاه بین المللی مشهد و باغ وحش وکیل آباد واقع شده است. این هتل حدود بیست دقیقه سواری تا حرم فاصله دارد. در نزدیکی حرم شما میتوانید از آرامگاه نادرشاه افشار نیز دیدن نمایید.
