هتل داد یزد در یکی از بهترین نقاط گردشگری یزد واقع شده و به آب انبار شش بادگیری یزد بسیار نزدیک است. همچنین تا آتشکده زرتشتیان نیز بیش از 5 دقیقه پیاده روی فاصله ندارد. شما میتوانید از این هتل تا میدان تاریخی امیر چخماق و سایر مناطق گردشگری اطراف آن خیلی راحت با پیاده روی ده الی 15 دقیقه ای دسترسی پیدا کنید. همچنین زندان اسکندر و خانه لاریها و مسجد جامع یزد نیز در در حدود 20 دقیقه پیاده روی نیاز دارد.
هتل ۴ ستاره داد با ساختاری سنتی در قلب شهر تاریخی یزد واقع شده، ساخت بناي هتل داد به سال هاي آغازين قرن حاضر،۱۳۰۷ شمسي باز ميگردد.  شروع عملیات احداث، تجهیز و بهره برداری هتل از سال ۱۳۸۲ آغاز گردید و در سال ۱۳۸۵ به پایان رسید.
