If you have had the experience of road trip to Mashhad, you might have seen a huge complex in the midway of Tehran-Mashhad road which aside from its historical age and value, it is nearly two years that it is known as a residential-touristic center.
This historical place is located in Mayamey town in Semnan province. The inns complex of Miandasht include three inns which one of them is from the Safavid era and the other two are from Qajar dynasty. Miandasht Inn used to be a suitable place for convoys travelers, as it had three cisterns. All three inns have the outstanding features of the architecture of their age. Posthouse and telegraph house are among other historical buildings of this historical complex.
The very large spaces of Miandasht Inn is known as the largest Inns complex of Iran. The establishment date of the middle inn was made into verse by Malek al-Shoara Sabouri, the father of Malek al-Shoara Bahar and it was written on the transom of this inn.
Inns complex of Miandasht was registered in the list of Iran’s national relics in September 5th, 1957.
