Borujerd Jameh Mosque is one of the first mosques built in Iran which was established in the second and third hiri century in Borujerd. This mosque is located in the hraet of one of the historical neighborhoods in the city called “Do Dangeh” and that was one of the special buildings in Lorestan and Borujerd City in terms of history and architecture. The architecture of Borujerd Jameh Mosque is one of the historical masterpieces of Iran with both Islamic and ancient Iranian (Sassanid) architectural features.
