The only historical monument in Minab is a castle known as Hezareh Castle. Hezareh Castle or Bibi Minu Castle, located in the central part of Minab County is one of the visitable sections of Hormozgan Province in the south of Iran. The local people call the castle Bibi Minu Castle and believe that two sisters named “Bibi Minu” and “Bibi Nazanin” had established this city in the past. It seems that there have been two castles in the past, one of which has been destroyed and the other one has remained and has become famous as “Hezareh” or “Bibi Minu”.

Bibi Minu Hezareh Castle was registered in the list of national monuments in 1382 and its spiritual significance has increased more than before among people of Minab and the province.
