هتل قصر مینو دشت در استان گلستان، شهرستان مينودشت در امتداد رشته کوههاي البرز شرقي و در حد  فاصل جاده کمربندي تهران – مشهد  واقع شده است. اين مجموعه با مساحت کل عرصه 7500 متر مربع و زيربناي ساختماني 3500 متر مربع در سال ۱۳۸۵ مرحله ساخت آن عملياتي گرديد و در سال ۱۳۸۷ افتتاح شد. اتاق هاي فاز يک، داراي نمایی زيبا مشرف به دشت و جلگه ي زيباي رودخانه چهل چاي، چنگل و کوهپايه هاي زيباي البرز شرقي مي باشد.
