هتل چهار ستاره پارسیان واقع در مرکز شهر تاریخی شیراز، در سال ۱۳۷۱ توسط سازمان سیاحتی و مراکز تفریحی بنیاد خریداری و از مرداد ماه همان سال مورد بهره ‏برداری قرار گرفت و یکی از هتل های گروه شرکت های بین المللی پارسیان می باشد. هتل در قسمت مركزی شهر میان مراكز تجاری، بانك و بازار اصلی و در نزدیکی اماکن دیدنی شیراز قرار دارد.
این هتل با بازار وکیل و ارگ کریمخان و موزه پارس حدود 7 دقیقه را پیاده دارد و با شاهچراغ و مسجد نصیرالملک نیز حدود 20 دقیقه پیاده فاصله دارد. همچنین به نارنجستان قوام و خانه زینت الملوک نیز از این هتل مسیر دسترسی راحت میباشد که در نزدیکی شاهچراغ واقع هستند.
