About: El Golu Park, Tabriz
El-Gölü or Shah-Gölü is one of the most beautiful and important places for recreation in Tabriz, which is located southeast of Tabriz, 7 kilometers to the city center. This place was created in Ağ Qoyunlus time, and expanded in Safavid era. Shah-Gölü Lake in which boating is done is 12 meters deep. In addition, there is an amusement park (Luna Park) as well as several places of residence in this area. Due to the construction of El-Gölü Pars Hotel, this area has become a universally popular.
El-Gölü Park was registered in Iran's National Heritage on February 15, 2009 under the registration number of 24774.
