Kaya Laleh Park Hotel Tabriz

The Laleh Park Complex consists of two sections, a shopping mall and a hotel. It is considered to be among the biggest and finest commercial and recreational projects of Tabriz city. This project has been constructed on a land area of 26500 square meters and a foundation of 91550 square meters. Of the total area of the complex, 21000 square meters belongs to the commercial space, 25000 square meters to the hotel, and the rest includes the parking lot and the public spaces.
Laleh Park complex was founded through the investment of Ali Pulad; who is originally from Tabriz. The 5 star hotel of this grand complex, known as Kaya Laleh Park Hotel, is considered as one of the branches of the largest hotel chain in Turkey.
Hotel |Kaya has 18 stories. The ground floor has the sections, such as the lobby, modern coffee shop and library. On the first floor, a luxury restaurant and a conference hall, with an area of two thousand square meters, has been constructed. There are also five other conference halls on the second floor as well. The ice rink of Kaya Hotel has a capacity of 40 people and is constructed by employing Italian and Austrian technologies.
This complex, being situated on the highways rout, grants quick access to the city center and the other touristic and historical locations of the glorious Tabriz city.
