Jameh mosque in Sarab is the oldest work of Islamic period in Sarab city. This mosque has no finial or minaret and structurally, it is a big seraglio, a small yard, one pulpit and three sanctuaries, 36 main columns and 29 pseudo-columns and half-columns on which gable vaults and circular domes has been erected.
Recently, in excavations done for repairs, it became clear that the present mosque has been constructed on a very old mosque that its effects are seen.
