About: Khoda Afarin Bridges

Khodaafarin Bridge is one of the historic monuments in east Azerbaijan province which has been located in Khodaafarin County. This bridge has been consisted of two separate bridges; parts of one of them has broken and half of it has remained, but the other bridge is totally complete. Khodaafarin Bridge in near to Khodaafarin dam and in a few kilometers from Saari Jalo village, from environs of Manjovan district. Site of bridges is the narrowest passage of Aras River which has stone bed, but other parts of River passage location is lime and soft. The great Khodaafarin bridge has been recorded as national Iranian works with register number 1858 in 5th of Esfand, 1376 (1997) and the small bridge was recorded with registry number 1859.
