Shirlan or Shiran waterfall has been located in the northeast border of Shiran Village and in 2200 meter height from sea surface.
Shirlan is one of the old villages of East Azerbaijan province and is placed in Khanamrud rural district, central part of Heris County.
Shirlan waterfall in Heris has been near a village with this name and has 12 meter height. A small pool has been created under the waterfall which is a suitable place to swim in hot seasons. Also there is a spring beside the waterfall. This village and its marvelous waterfall is a desirable recreation for tourists who look for pleasant weather and nature.
