Today you will leave Isfahan with your English speaking driver towards Kuhrang County with some amazing stops on the way. The first stop will be Sheikh Alikhan waterfall which attracts so many local tourists to visit it every year. Then we will continue to Chama ice cave which is in the middle of valley on top of a river which is running underneath of a big glacier and this has created a wonderful ice cave.
From here the rest of the road will be a dirt road going through mountains which is close most of a year due to heavy snow fall and perhaps this is one of the reason Sar Agha Seyed village still has preserved its old traditions.
Houses on this village is built on top of each other, in a way that the roof top of a house below is the alley or the yard for the house on top the higher level and it goes all the way up like this. Houses are made of stone, mud and woods and most of these houses don’t have a window due to extreme cold winters or those with windows they have a spectacular view.
Sar Agha Seyed village has so many things to offer to its guests, cultural, natural, custom, unique souvenirs and hundreds years of history all together in one package. Once you arrived to village, you will discover them by your local guide and have an amazing overnight in one of the local houses and enjoy local meals with a family.
