Masjed Soleyman

Masjed Soleyman is one of the counties of Khuzestan province and its center is Masjed Soleyman city. Masjed Soleyman is known as the city of “firsts”. The first oil well of Iran and the Middle East reached oil in Masjed Soleyman on May 26, 1908. Also, many of the facilities, machinery and factories of Iran were utilized for the first time in this city.
