Abadan

Abadan is one of the most famous counties of Khuzestan province and Abadan city is its center. This city, due to having oil refinery, petrochemical factory and access to international waters and Persian gulf, plays an important role in the country’s economy. Up until now, Abadan owes its prosperity and development to the oil industry.
