Kosar

Kowsar is one of the counties of Ardabil province and its center is Givi city. The people of this city, in addition to Khalkhal and Ardabil cities, have business transactions with Mianeh city in east Azerbaijan. This city is located 83 kilometers south of Ardabil city, between the two Ardabil and Khalkhal counties.
