Lorestan province with a spectacular capacity in the field of ecotourism industry has a set of lagoons in Pol-e Dokhtar town which each can be discussed as a unique opportunity in this field. Each year in autumns, immigrant birds take shelter in Pol-e Dokhtar ponds in the north to south path of corridor for refreshing their strength which include more than fifteen bird species. Coot, grebe, Eurasian teal, gray goose, egret, heron, etc. Are among the species entering Pol-e Dokhtar lagoons. Among these immigrant species, two rare species including mute swan and stork (Haji Laklak) enter Pol-e Dokhtar lagoons.
