About: Waterfall of Aido Ghamosh Dam

Waterfall of Aido-Ghamosh Dam is located in 25 kilometer distance of southwest of Mianeh County in East Azerbaijan province in northwest of Iran. This dam has been designed with motivation to exploit surface flow of Aido-Ghamush River which is one of the main branches of Ghazal-Ozan River. Ghazal-Ozan River in the rest of its path joints Sefid-Rud River which falls into Caspian Sea. 
In one of the subsidiary valleys around Aido-Ghamush dam in a beautiful nature, artificial waterfall was created by canals of this dam and made an excellent perspective that has been paid great attention by families of Mianeh in recent years. This waterfall is seasonal and it may not be observable due to closed canals of this dam.
