On Qazal Ozan river, there is a bridge that the beauty of its architecture, strength and importance cannot saturate the curious and interested minds of enthusiasts. This bridge which is called “Pardelis Bridge” one day connected the east and west of world in silk route, now nothing remained from it except a ruined, and abandoned bridge. If cultural heritage protection organization do not accept to renovate it, a memory of past will be destroyed. It is evident from documents that this bridge was existed in 3 and 4 centuries AH, and probably it existed before that. It has been remembered in history many times. The oldest memory of this bridge is through a pool in countries. 
Recently, Pardelis Bridge has been recorded in list of national works of Ardabil, Kowsar County.
