About: Ancient Site of Qala Khosrow
Khosrow Castle is located in distance of 30 kilometers from northwest of Ardabil. This castle has been constructed by stone Khoshke-chini method (by stone materials and without using mortar), and it belongs to new Bronze period (1450 to 1700 years before Christ). At the late of Iron era 3, this castle was abandoned and its residency was transferred to other castle which belonged to Achaemenes period. This Achaemenes castle located in 700 meters from Khosro Castle.
There is a small graveyard including 10 to 20 graves next to septet castles that these low number of graves shows the quantity of these castles.
